As the days count down to the decisive election date, the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan is ramping up its pre-election propaganda activities. Party members, candidates, and a network of dedicated volunteers are tirelessly spreading the party’s ideas. Their efforts are not confined to offices and organizations, but extend to every home and neighborhood, demonstrating the widespread grassroots support for the party.
The propagandists did not miss the Prosperous Homeland mahalla of the Syrdarya region. In public places, they explained the nature of the election and the party’s initiatives to employees of trade branches and residents of the neighborhood.
The People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan is committed to advancing its program goals, which are rooted in the nation’s best interests. These goals prioritize the effective implementation of the principle of “Uzbekistan is a social state” and the state’s relevant social obligations. The party’s initiatives aim to uphold the principles of social protection, social equality, and social justice.
After the elections, our deputies in the Legislative Chamber and the Councils of People’s Deputies have defined about 150 specific tasks that are divided into 15 steps to achieve this goal in the next 5 years.
First of all, the issue of ensuring the fair and effective implementation of the social rights of every person guaranteed by the Constitution is defined as a priority. A proposal to adopt the Social Code has been put forward for this. In this document, apart from the privileged citizens, it is proposed to clearly define the categories of citizens who are in a difficult social situation and the types of assistance provided to them. At the same time, it was noted that it is necessary to develop a procedure for social diagnostics aimed at identifying and timely solving problems that can lead to an increase in social tension in society.
Indeed, a single and comprehensive legal document is needed to implement a strong social policy. In this regard, the party’s initiative is considered fair and vital.
Attention is paid to these aspects in face-to-face interactions. Voters are urged to support a party with a program aimed at serving the well-being of everyone.
