The presidential candidate meets with voters from Fergana

 

Presidential candidate Ulugbek Inoyatov from the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan continues to meet with voters from the valley. The candidate’s meeting with voters took place in the city of Kokand of Fergana region, which has a rich history.

The meeting was led by Zokirjon Zohidov, Chairman of Fergana Regional Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan. Dilbar Mamajonova, a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, as a candidate’s representative, informed the voters about the candidate’s biography.

After that, the candidate gave detailed information about the ideas and initiatives included in the main directions of the election program. First, it was emphasized that the program was formed based on the proposals from the bottom up.

The first direction of the program is called “Strong social policy – the foundation of social statehood, stable society and the basis of a prosperous life”, and it is believed that the state should conduct a strong social policy to ensure the interests of the population fully.

Several important proposals have been made in this direction. For example, it is proposed to introduce a fair state pension system for all citizens, including the procedure of transferring (replacement of pension) this pension to his surviving spouse in the event of the death of a husband or wife and if the deceased person received a higher pension.

First, it was noted that pensions and social benefits should be sufficient to satisfy human needs fully.

In the direction of the program called Guaranteed and high-quality medical care – a guarantee of human health, it is proposed to adopt the law On state regulation of prices of medicines and medical devices.

The program also includes many educational offers. In particular, attention is focused on providing inclusive education and upbringing system for children with special educational needs in educational organizations.

A sharp increase in foreign language and IT study hours is envisaged in school curricula.

During the friendly meeting, the voters asked the presidential candidate about the issues they were interested in. Voters expressed their opinions about the program, its proposals, and its initiatives.

The activists called to support the program of the candidate for the President of Uzbekistan from the People’s Democratic Party, to participate in the election, showing an active civic position.
