2012-2017 – Senior specialist, leading specialist, group leader-chief specialist, group leader-deputy head of the regional division of Surkhandarya Regional Division of the Independent Institute for Monitoring the Formation of Civil Society;

2014-2019 – Teacher of the training course for employees of civil society institutions under the Surkhandarya Regional Hokimiyat (on a substitute basis);

2017-2017 – Head of the Surkhandarya Regional Department of the Republican Spirituality Promotion Center;

2017-2020 – Head of the Surkhandarya Regional Department of the Republican Center of Spirituality and Enlightenment;

2020-2023 – Member of the Labor and Social Affairs Committee of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

2021 – present – Deputy Chairman of the Central Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan for Ideology and Enlightenment Affairs;

2023 – present – Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Democratic Institutions, NGOs and Civil Society Institutions of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
