Where there is desire, there is going to be a solution
Where there is desire, there is going to be a solution

In the current conditions of a pandemic in many countries of the world, even in the most developed, the issue of unemployment and ensuring employment of the population has become an acute issue. As a result, millions of people lost their jobs, were left without a source of income. Therefore, the preservation of jobs and creation of new ones is the most urgent task today.

It should be noted that Uzbekistan has chosen a unique way of solving the problem in such difficult conditions, special attention is paid to the issue of social protection of the population. Thus, such priorities as proper organization of the labor market, job creation, self-employment of the population and increasing family incomes were identified as priority tasks. Of course, in such difficult conditions, along with improving the country’s economy, increasing the efficiency of the investment process, it is also necessary to effectively protect vulnerable and needy segments of the population, create decent conditions and provide benefits for those who own professions. If decisive measures to prevent unemployment are not taken in time, this can exacerbate social tensions.

Recently, the Resolution of the Head of the state “On measures to simplify state regulation of entrepreneurial activity and self-employment” was adopted. It should be noted that this resolution is important in introducing into practice a completely new approach to ensuring employment of the population, supporting citizens who want to establish their own business, stimulating them, providing for their needs and requirements. Today, the life itself shows that the employment problem cannot be solved only by the construction of several factories or enterprises. Ensuring self-employment of citizens, organization of family enterprises – this is an effective mechanism for ensuring the employment of people today.

According to the Resolution of the country’s leader, hairdressers, shoemakers, bakers, blacksmiths, carpenters, dressmakers, taxi drivers, translators, designers, computer programmers, more than 60 types of activities (works, services) that self-employed people can engage in are exempt from income tax. In addition, a number of tax benefits will be provided to family businesses. Thus, family enterprises that carry out activities intended for self-employed persons with a number of participants of at least three people pay turnover tax at a rate reduced by 50% of the established amount. This means that most of the income of members of the family business will remain with them, which will undoubtedly increase the enthusiasm of people, their desire to work and earn money.

Whoever works is confident in his future. Not so much is needed in order for a person to feel happy and calm. Stable work, the income necessary to meet every day needs – all this strengthens a person’s confidence for his future. During the meetings with voters held at places, I became convinced that our people have a great desire to work, produce, create, and set up their own business.

It is only necessary to support them, to familiarize with the opportunities and benefits, to provide legal advice. These issues and tasks are fully consistent with the program goals of our party, which means that we, the deputies and activists of the party, must work more and more selflessly on the path to realizing these tasks.
