The regulation on allocating subsidies to business entities that have organized home-based work in mahallas from the Fund for the Support of Handicrafts and Home-Based Work was approved.

In accordance with the regulation, entrepreneurs who organize home-based work are given a one-time subsidy in the amount of their average monthly income in the first 3 months of their activity from the funds of the Fund for the Support of Handicrafts and Home-Based Work.

To receive a subsidy, you can apply to the local labor organization or through the my.gov.uz portal based on the recommendation of Assistant Hokim. In the application, the data of the householder, the account to which the subsidy should be paid, and the address are specified.

Allocation of subsidy may be refused in the following cases:

• when the documents are not fully submitted;
• when the employment contract or civil-legal contract concluded with the householder is not registered on the Unified electronic contracts portal;
• if the householder's income information during the first 3 months is not confirmed.

The applicant will be notified within one day if the application is rejected.
