INOYATOV ULUGBEK ILYASOVICH

Inoyatov Ulugbek Ilyasovich was born on 6 August 1962 in the city of Tashkent in an employee’s family.

Nationality – Uzbekistan.

Mr. Inoyatov got higher education. In 1985 he graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, and in 1998 from the Tashkent Institute of Finance. By profession, he is an engineer-economist, doctor of pedagogical sciences, and professor.

Mr. Inoyatov began his career in 1985 as a teacher at the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute. In 1993-1999 he worked as Deputy Dean, and Dean of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, and 1999-2011 Director of the Tashkent College of Finance and Economics.

Since 2011, he worked as the Rector of the Tashkent State Pedagogical University, since 2013 - the Minister of Public Education, and since 2018 – the Rector of Namangan State University.

Since 2019 – Chairman of the Central Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

In 2019, he was elected to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

Currently, U.I. Inoyatov works as Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

U.I. Inoyatov has established himself as a promising leader with theoretical and practical experience. He is the author of over 100 scientific works. Several of his proposals for improving the quality of education and preparing young people for the profession are widely used in the development of the educational system of our country.

U.I. Inoyatov, as the leader of the party, the leader of the faction, showing responsibility and perseverance, has accumulated extensive experience in matters of government and society, domestic and foreign policy, judicial law, and social protection of the population.

In 2006, U.I. Inoyatov was awarded the “Shukhrat” medal.

Mr. Inoyatov is married and has two children. His wife, L.I. Inoyatova, is a teacher.
