These days, public discussions are taking place in the regions to finalize the draft of the new election program of the People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan. The dialogue, which took place in the hall of the Trade Union of the Bukhara region, was attended by party members, regional activists, leaders of primary party organizations, and specialists in various fields.
At the meeting, the Chairman of the Central Council of the People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan U. Inoyatov presented the concept of the new draft election program to those gathered.
As noted, the party is forming a new program document based on the goals of social equality and justice, the rule of law, ensuring human rights, strengthening civil solidarity and social stability, creating decent living conditions for each person based on the principles of social equality and justice.
For the next five years, priority tasks are defined, consisting of 10 directions and 15 strategic steps. In particular, such issues as the implementation of a strong social policy, the provision of comprehensive support to the needy population, the provision of affordable housing and quality utilities, qualified medical services, meeting the needs and requirements, legal rights and interests of the disabled, priority attention is given to increasing the intellectual potential of the country.
For example, it was emphasized that when protecting the violated rights of low-income citizens, it is extremely important to ensure the social acceptability of legal services, to develop a network of "legal clinics" providing free consultations.
The program also reflects specific solutions to existing problems in our public life, paying special attention to the compliance of credit mechanisms offered by banks with the principles of social justice. It was also recognized that the issue of allowing a citizen to sell mortgaged real estate at a price convenient for him in connection with a mortgage debt complies with the principles of social justice. Getting acquainted with the ideas and initiatives that are planned to be included in the new election program of the People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, the participants fully confirmed that they were approached from the point of view of the interests of the people and are aimed at strengthening social stability in the country.
During the discussion, the participants expressed their opinions and proposals on issues of health care, improving the quality of public services, and ensuring employment.
