It should be noted that the quality of education is determined not only by the conditions created in the educational organization, the knowledge and skills of teachers but also by the system of evaluating schoolchildren’s knowledge, methods, and tools for its implementation.

For this reason, mastering schoolchildren, testing, and evaluating skills and qualifications is a necessary process in education. At the same time, assessing the achievement of the goals set before us in the educational process by evaluating the schoolchildren’s knowledge can always lead to errors in drawing correct conclusions from the point of view of the child’s mastery, acquired qualifications, and skills.

The initiative of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan to provide accelerated education for children who entered the first grade late and to introduce the procedure for transferring them to a higher class appropriate for their age is based on the need to create a comfortable environment for their intellectual, social and emotional development. This approach makes it possible to ensure that the educational process is adapted to the needs and characteristics of each student, which leads to the improvement of their educational results and overall satisfaction with the educational process.

In the United States, the practice of transferring gifted children to higher classes based on accelerated education is widespread. Special programs are available to support such learners, including customized curricula, refresher courses, and customized learning materials.

In Finland, one of the countries with the best education system, there is a practice of transferring children to classes corresponding to their age and level of preparation. This helps to improve academic results and better adapt students to school.

Singapore, known for its high standards in education, also uses a transfer system to higher classes to optimize the educational process and support gifted students.

Of course, we believe our party’s initiative will bring positive and promising results because we have been working on it for a long time.
