In the Surkhandarya region, pre-election campaign meetings of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and local keneshes are actively held.

At a meeting at the Denova Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy, which was attended by party activists, deputies, candidates for the Oliy Majlis and local councils, youth, women and media representatives, a new election program of the party was presented and the party's candidates for deputies were presented to the public.

The party believes that the state of utilities and energy is important for determining the development of the economy, the mood of the population and its attitude to life. To this end, the party intended to prevent large losses of energy and material resources, as well as put an end to the monopoly of utility providers. It is proposed to adopt the Law "On Regulation of Prices and Tariffs for Utilities", which will regulate the establishment of prices and tariffs for the use of utilities and housing. The law provides for a revision of the methods of management and maintenance of multi-apartment housing stock, the organization of services depending on the location of apartment buildings, the state of connection to utility networks and communications, utility infrastructure facilities and ownership of residents. Elements of improvement provide for the creation of a training system for employees of apartment building management bodies, primarily management personnel. Also, appoint homeowners' associations and management companies responsible for the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of modern playgrounds in areas adjacent to multi-storey buildings, tighten requirements for the activities of management companies, and ensure their high-quality services to the population. Initiatives are also put forward to improve the level of service provision, transparency, accountability, the ability to eliminate deficiencies in a short time, and the introduction of a system of compensation to a citizen at the expense of the population. supplier in case of disconnection of a citizen from utilities without reason or due to the fault of the supplier.
