In addition, in order to provide the population with affordable housing and ensure effective control in the construction sector, the adoption of the Law "On Social Housing", strengthening public and state control in the construction sector, organizing construction processes in an orderly manner, without harm to the population and the environment , establishing a system for measuring the level of noise and dust in constructions, and strictly defining the requirements for taking into account green zones, schools, kindergartens, polyclinics, parking lots, etc. in constructions at the legal level.

In particular, initiatives dedicated to promoting the active participation of older people in all sectors by promoting a strategy for healthy aging, increasing the tax burden on groups of products harmful to health, and thereby increasing the intensity of support for the health sector are actively supported by voters.
