Constitution and Civil Society

 

Tashkent District Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan and the deputy group, in cooperation with the district administration, hosted a workshop to explain the essence of the renewed Constitution.

Deputies informed the participants of the event about the content and essence of the renewed Constitution, the changes introduced to it, and the fact that Uzbekistan was declared a social state in Article 1, the norms regarding the social obligations of the state increased threefold, children with disabilities should receive the same education as their peers and that inclusive education was included in the Constitution. They gave the necessary and complete information on the reflection of these new norms in people’s lives, the free and prosperous, happy life of citizens, and the introduced norms in the field of judiciary.

At the workshop, the participants received answers to their questions.

Following the workshop, party activists were awarded honorary certificates on behalf of the Chairman of the Central Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
